We discovered Mindworks Learning Institute several years ago at a very critical point in our son's high school career. We were in search of a tutorial service that could monitor and mentor him in all subjects over an extended period of time. Mindworks got our son back on track academicallywhile also getting him to engage emotionally.
They provided him with superior tutoring in all subjects and taught him the skills of organization, studying and time management as well. After just a short period of time we were excited to see his growth both academically and emotionally. We were thrilled to see his confidence grow. The dedicated and gifted staff at Mindworks is committed beyond words to helping each individual student with their specific needs, whatever they may be. The tutors became his trusted friend. My son realized that learning was very powerful and exciting when approached with an open mind.
Our son graduated, got accepted into college and is currently studying the challenging field of engineering. He would not be where he is today had he not had the mentoring and friendship of the Mindworks staff. We will always be grateful for their investment in our son.

The instructors at Telos are outstanding! My oldest son has been enrolled in Telos Academy for the 9th grade. I have been impressed by the topics taught in the classroom and the quality of education he has received this year. He loves attending and tells me many of the new things he learns each week. I feel that the classroom experience at Telos has opened his mind to new ideas. He is expected to be more responsible and independent. It has been a wonderful transition from a full time homeschool environment, to one where he can be in charge of his own pursuits. The instructors at Telos are outstanding. "I felt a weight being lifted from my shoulders." My younger son has been receiving tutoring for some time at Mindworks for his severe learning disabilities. The first day I stepped into their office, I felt a weight being lifted from my shoulders to find people who genuinely care about the individual. There was no judgment, simply a desire to help. They have addressed his special needs and have found ways to reach him. Although his learning pace has been slow, his progress is steady. He has not only been taught reading skills but organization and responsibility. He has learned to love learning and to crave knowledge. He no longer feels the frustration he once felt as he can see his progress and believes in himself. He focuses less now on his disabilities and can finally see his abilities.
